Grams per Square Meter (GSM) is a term used to describe towel weight: As a rule, towels with higher GSM ratings are heavier and more absorbent, so pick a towel with a high GSM for a super soft way to dry off.

Tumble drying your towels is a great way to keep them fluffy, and you should alternate between tumble and air drying your towels for the best results.

Fitting a mattress protector to your bed protects against allergens, bed bugs and stains, as well as extending the life of your mattress and providing some extra comfort thanks to the added cushioning.

As a general rule, you should wash your mattress protector as often as you wash your bedding – we recommend washing your protector once every 1-2 weeks to keep your bed as fresh as possible.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer next day or express delivery due to ongoing uncertainties and supply chain issues.

If you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team by email in the first instance. Make sure to quote your order number and a description of the item you received, and we’ll be happy to exchange it.

We offer free delivery on all orders over £75 sent within the UK, but you may have to pay extra for smaller orders or to send items outside the UK.

We process most of our orders automatically, and we may be unable to cancel an order if it has reached our warehouse, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. Contact a member of our team quoting your order number for advice on the progress of your order and help with cancelling or amending your order.

If you’ve already confirmed and paid for your order, you will only be able to amend delivery details on your order. To amend items in your order, you may need to return the unwanted items and place a new order, so please contact a member of our team right away if you need to amend your order.

We accept a wide variety of payments methods, including Paypal, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa and Visa Debit.

Depending on your bank, a refund may take between 3-5 working days.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges due to the nature of our products (i.e. bedding and underwear), but we can provide a refund for faulty products. Please contact us by email for any return or exchange requests.

Sometimes we have technical glitches, which means that our system fails to send a confirmation email, so don’t hesitate to contact a member of our team and quote your name to confirm your order.
